Overview:
With property administrator FA09 as the client and Tårnby Kommune as a renter, this existing apartment building,
is to be extensively renovated, extended and altered to provide accommodation for 29 modern apartments for the elderly.
The scheme updates the existing apartments to comply with the latest regulations and circulation guidelines for elderly users.
The project involves a series of pop out extensions for the lower level living spaces, along with a entirely new penthouse
level to replace the existing saddle roof construction.
A new landscape plan allows access to the basement level, which will hold a number of common functions,
dining spaces and production kitchen.
